  • Barn: Up to 200 guests
  • Ridge: Up to 200 guests
  • The Manor: Up to 300 guests


  • A $500 deposit is required to secure your wedding date, which applies toward your balance.
  • A $300 security deposit is due with the final payment. This is refundable after the event, provided all rentals are returned, and no damage occurs.


  • $500 deposit due at booking (applies toward total balance).
  • 50% of the total balance is due at the halfway point between booking and the wedding date.
  • Final payment, including the $300 security deposit, is due 6 weeks before the wedding date. (Refundable after the event provided all rentals are returned and no damage occurs).
  • Forms of Payment  - Cash, Check, or Card


 Yes, we provide:

  • In the Barn, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 changing rooms.
  • In the Manor, there are 2 bathrooms and plenty of rooms to change and get ready.


Yes, the venue is available for your rehearsal dinner. However, food, decorations, and additional setup are not included in the standard packages, but can be added for an additional cost. 


You may cancel and reschedule your event within one year of the original wedding date. Rescheduled dates must not conflict with previously booked events. Payment plans may be adjusted accordingly. 


 In case of inclement weather:

  • Ceremonies and celebrations can be relocated to the Barn, with reception space rearranged as needed.
  • Tents are also available as an additional option and additional cost.


Per contract, you must obtain general liability insurance and provide proof (a certificate of insurance) to the venue at least 2 weeks before your event. We can help you with this, if needed.
 


  • We offer four customizable packages: Basic, Essential, Premium, and Deluxe for weddings. 
  • We offer three customizable packages: Simple, Signature, Ultimate for parties.
  • Additional rentals and add-ons are available to suit your specific needs. 


  •  You are welcome to bring your own vendors. We also have a list of recommended vendors with whom we’ve had wonderful experiences, available upon request.
